Problem Note 48803: "ERROR: Failed to open TKGrid library" occurs when you are using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Hadoop™

SAS/ACCESS Interface to Hadoop fails and returns the following error:
ERROR: Failed to open TKGrid library.
The necessary files were not delivered to the SAS/ACCESS Interface to Hadoop installation, causing the software to fail.
