Problem Note 47933: Execution of downstream communications fails when you save a SAS® Marketing Automation campaign containing stored processes with the "Save as" feature
Execution of downstream communications fails when you use the Save as menu item to save a SAS Marketing Automation campaign that contains stored processes.
When you run the counts in the communication, an error similar to the following occurs:
com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException: Error running list of nodes
When you execute the communication, an error similar to the following occurs:
com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException: non-MA Exception while executing communication in campaign/diagram TESTCAMPAIGN 2012 - Channel
Commsnull at com.sas.analytics.crm.flow.MAFlow.flowExecuteCommunication(MAFlow.java:1760)
As a workaround, delete and re-create all custom nodes containing stored processes in campaigns or diagrams that are created by using the Save as item.
