Problem Note 47931: Node counts cannot be cleared in a SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio diagram
The clear counts functionality in the SAS Customer Intelligence Campaign Utilities plug-in in SAS® Management Console does not enable user group members to clear the counts on a campaign.
You define which users and user groups can access and change a campaign or diagram from the Sharing tab in the campaign or diagram Properties dialog box. To open this Properties dialog box, you right-click the campaign or diagram and select Properties.
If a user is granted Edit permission for a particular campaign or diagram in the Properties dialog box, that user is able to clear counts in the SAS Management Console plug-in. However, a user who is a member of a group that has been granted Edit permission cannot clear counts.
