Problem Note 47292: An error occurs when saving a global calculated item in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
When you are saving a global calculated data item in SAS Customer Intelligence, the following error occurs:
Customer Intelligence Studio has encountered a problem. Save all campaigns and diagrams.
If customer Intelligence Studio still does not respond, contact your system administrator.

This error occurs under the following conditions:
- You renamed the calculated data item.
- You are saving the data item to a different category.
- That category already contains a calculated data item that has the same name as the original name of the calculated data item that you are saving.
