Problem Note 47819: Temporary tables are not deleted after successful updates of the SAS® Customer Intelligence Common Data Model Response History table
SAS® Digital Marketing is often integrated with SAS® Marketing Automation. You can track responses to SAS Digital Marketing emails that are created from a SAS Marketing Automation campaign. The system can be configured to update the SAS Customer Intelligence Common Data Model Response History table with these tracked responses.
Successful updates to the Response History table leave behind the temporary CI_INTABLES, which should be deleted as part of the process. This behavior might generate problems with disk space.
To work around this issue, in SAS® Management Console select Customer Intelligence ► Environment Settings and change the Presented Treatments Counts from NONE to No Duplicates.
