Usage Note 46771: Turning off change reasons and setting a default change reason message in SAS® Enterprise GRC

When you make changes in the SAS Enterprise GRC Web application, sometimes you are required to enter a change reason before you can save your changes. There is no way to avoid this requirement.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix enables you to add two new properties in configdata.properties.
The property monitor.change.reason.required can be set to false to avoid having to enter change reasons.
The property monitor.change.reason.key.default can be set to a resource bundle key in customMessages.properties for SAS Enterprise GRC to store as the change reason. The property monitor.change.reason.key.default is used only if monitor.change.reason.required is set to false.
