Problem Note 46445: After closing an error message in SAS® Enterprise Case Management, an empty space might appear in your browser window

When you close an error message in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the error message should go away. The full window should be used to display the user interface. Instead, a blank space appears where the error message was displayed. This blank space appears with the Firefox browser, and version 6 or prior of the Internet Explorer browser.

To work around this problem, resize your browser window, and the blank space goes away.

On Windows systems, you can use a more recent version of the Internet Explorer browser to avoid this problem.
