Problem Note 46038: An "item edited by another user" error message appears when editing a risk rating from within an assessment

In SAS® Enterprise GRC, when editing an assessment, you might have a list of risk ratings that you can select to edit. When you select a risk rating for editing, you might be presented with one of the following error messages:
There was an error interacting with the database. This item is being edited by another user. This item has been deleted and cannot be displayed.
To avoid this problem, exit and completely save your assessment, re-edit the assessment, and try again.
