Problem Note 46970: An XSL error occurs when you save a SAS® Digital Marketing Studio broadcast
The following error occurs when you save a SAS Digital Marketing Studio broadcast:
The following error has occurred:
Element type "xsl: when " must be followed by either attribute specifications ,">" or "/>".
This error occurs because an extraneous double quotation mark (") is introduced into the broadcast HTML when the Insert variable dialog box is used with the Provide default variable property. For example, after you add the variable, the XSL reads as follows:
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test='string(EMAIL)'">
It should read like this:
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test='string(EMAIL)'>
To work around this problem, manually remove the extraneous double quotation mark in the broadcast HTML.
