Problem Note 46049: In SAS® Enterprise GRC, you cannot reinstate validated issues

In SAS Enterprise GRC, when you attempt to reinstate an issue that has been closed and validated, the issue might not be reinstated successfully.

There are no error, warning, or note messages indicating that a problem occurred. The issue remains closed instead of being reinstated.
