Problem Note 45013: Errors occur in SAS® Enterprise Guide® 4.3 when importing a Microsoft Excel named range in a project that was migrated from version 4.1

In SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1, you can import a Microsoft Excel named range or print_area successfully. After that project is migrated to 4.3, errors will occur. If the import data task is modified, a Named Range Missing message box appears. If you click OK in the box, the import data task opens but no sheets or predefined ranges are available to select.

However, the same Excel named range can be imported successfully in a new SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3 project.
