Problem Note 44726: You cannot edit the ORA of a new Questionnaire Template

When using the SAS® Enterprise GRC Web application, you can create a new Questionnaire Template by starting with a copy of an existing one. However, if the template that you copy from has at least one risk event type, then you are not be able to add a required ORA to the new template. You cannot proceed with your new template.
