Problem Note 44700: Using Teradata Tools and Utilities 13.10 on AIX systems causes a symbol resolution failed error

When you are using Teradata Tools and Utilities (TTU) 13.10 on an AIX system, issuing a LIBNAME statement might result in an error. A symbol resolution failed error similar to the following might occur:
libname tera teradata user=xxxxx password=xxxxx server=xxxxx;
ERROR: Could not load
/TECH/GOLDEN/RC/AIXR.V93.099MJC.RC/install/SASFoundation/9.3/sasexe/sastra (30 images loaded)
ERROR: 0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for
/TECH/GOLDEN/RC/AIXR.V93.099MJC.RC/install/SASFoundation/9.3/sasexe/sastra because: 0509-136 Symbol memmove (number 0) is not exported from
dependent module /usr/lib/lib_64/libcliv2.so.
0509-022 Cannot load module
/TECH/GOLDEN/RC/AIXR.V93.099MJC.RC/install/SASFoundation/9.3/sasexe/sastra.
0509-026 System error: Cannot run a file that does not have a valid format.
0509-192 Examine .loader section symbols with the 'dump -Tv' command.
ERROR: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata cannot be loaded. The SASTRA code
appendage could not be loaded.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Teradata cannot be used with TTU 13.10 on AIX systems.
