When a Microsoft Excel file that contains erroneous functions in a cell (such as "#VALUE!", "#NUM!", or "#NAME!") is imported into SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3, the values are imported as numbers. When this same file is imported into SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1, the values are imported as missing values.
The problem is that SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3 does not recognize these cell values as error values. The numbers currently being imported are values that indicate the type of error in the cell.
There is no workaround for this issue in version 4.3.
