Problem Note 44723: Configuration for removing scenarios tab from the Web application does not work

In SAS® Enterprise GRC, you can set the following configuration parameter so that the scenarios tab is removed from the Web application:
monitor.productFeature.scenarios.enable = false
When the parameter is set to false, the scenarios tab should be removed from the Web application. However, it incorrectly remains and can be used.
