Problem Note 43414: Setting the format for a custom tag in an export definition returns the message "The format is not valid"

SAS® Marketing Automation enables you to create export definitions using the SAS® Management Console Customer Intelligence plug-in. This plug-in returns the following error when you attempt to set a format for a field in a custom tag of your export definition:
The format your-format is not valid. You must enter a valid format.
The error appears for both text and numeric fields in custom tags.
