Problem Note 42950: A NullPointerException appears in the tree display area when you use the ORA chooser

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When using an ORA chooser in SAS® Enterprise GRC, the area of the screen that should show a dimension tree structure might instead show you a NullPointerException error like the following:

NullPointer Exception
Dimension LEGAL ORGANIZATION

Message: none
Reason: unknown
java.lang.NullPointerException
  at com.sas.oprisk.monitor.web.tags.treechooser.SubtreeCodec.getNodes
(SubtreeCodec.java:308)
  at com.sas.oprisk.monitor.web.tags.treechooser.SubtreeCodec.
(SubtreeCodec.java:193)
  at com.sas.oprisk.monitor.web.tags.treechooser.SearchTreeAction.getTree
(SearchTreeAction.java:416)

The error occurs if you configure more than one constraint for a feature in the configuration file "dimensionality.xml". Here is an example configuration that would cause the problem.

   <feature name="IncidentEvent" allowUnconstrained="No">
      <dimension name="RiskCategory" required="yes" />
      <dimension name="ManagementOrg" required="yes"/>
      <dimension name="LegalOrg" required="yes"/>
      <dimension name="Geography" required="no" />
      <dimension name="Product" required="no" />
      <dimension name="Process" required="no" />
      <dimension name="Library" required="no" />
      <dimension name="Regulation" required="no" />
      <constraint rel="ManagementOrg LegalOrg Map" />
      <constraint rel="LegalOrg Geography Map" />
