Installation Note 42914: A SAS® 9.2 order cannot be combined with a SAS® 9.3 order in the same SAS Software Depot

You cannot combine SAS 9.2 and SAS 9.3 orders in the same SAS Software Depot.
In SAS 9.3, the SAS® Download Manager (1.5) protects you from corrupting your existing SAS 9.2 depot. There are tools built into the SAS Download Manager and the SAS® Deployment Wizard for SAS 9.3 that do not allow you to combine SAS 9.2 and SAS 9.3 into one SAS Software Depot.
If you try to add a SAS 9.2 order to a SAS 9.3 SAS Software Depot using the SAS Deployment Wizard that is shipped with SAS 9.2, the following message is displayed:
The specified directory contains an existing SAS Software Depot which disallows additional orders. Please specify another directory.
If the SAS 9.3 SAS Deployment Wizard is used to add an order to an existing SAS 9.2 SAS Software Depot, the following message is displayed:
The order you are attempting to add is a different version than that of the specified SAS Software Depot. Please specify another directory.
