Problem Note 41765: XML output might be encoded unnecessarily when using either the XML or XML92 LIBNAME engine

When generating output with the XML or the XML92 LIBNAME engine in the third maintenance release of SAS® 9.2 (TS2M3), some of the values in the output might be encoded unnecessarily. Values written to the XML file that contain any of the special characters requiring encoding, such as <>" and & are encoded correctly. However, the rest of the string is encoded in addition to these values.
