Problem Note 41621: Selecting "Save as HTML" does not save the data set in the redirected folder and SAS® might terminate unexpectedly
In SAS 9.2, selecting Save as HTML might not work as expected if you type a filename before you select the output location. For example, this problem occurs when you perform the following tasks:
- Invoke SAS 9.2.
- Open a SAS data set (for example, click Libraries ► Sashelp ► Class).
- Select File ► Save as HTML.
- Type the filename (for example, Filename: classhtml).
- Change the designated output folder name via the Save in menu (for example, c:\temp)
- Click Save.
If you look in the c:\temp folder, you see that the file classhtml.html does not exist.
As a workaround, first change the output directory location and then enter the filename.
A hotfix is planned for this issue.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When you select "Save as HTML" and change the folder directory location, intermittently, the data set does not save in the designated output folder, and as a result, SAS might terminate unexpectedly.
