Problem Note 41608: Errors occur when you manipulate SAS® Customer Intelligence objects on the Folders tab in SAS® Management Console
When you use the folder functionality in SAS Management Console to manipulate SAS Customer Intelligence 5.3 objects, an error similar to the following might occur if the system was installed from an installation depot for Revision 920_10W46 or later:

This error might occur when you import or export .spk files, or when you copy or moving objects (for example, campaigns, diagrams, export definitions, or any other SAS Customer Intelligence objects).
