Problem Note 40537: 'Nothing was loaded' message displayed when loading driver rates

When loading driver rates in SAS® Financial Management Studio, you might receive the message

Nothing was loaded

If the <misc_rate> table in the CrossIndustryDDS library includes a key value for a dimension member that is either not valid or is not included in the SAS Financial Management cycle, then no records are loaded when you load driver rates in SAS Financial Management Studio. 

The SASFinancialManagement5.1.log will contain errors that indicate that a duplicate entry is found.

Caused by: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.MySQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: Duplicate entry '7-3019-0,0,0,765,0' for key 2
