Problem Note 39851: Incorrect policy for a network which follows another network with zero demand
If there are two networks specified and the first network has zero demand and the second network has positive demand, PROC MIRP incorrectly suggests zero policy parameters for the second network. This will lead to incorrect replenishment order suggestions.
To work around this problem, filter out networks with zero demand and do not send them to PROC MIRP for optimization.
