In SAS® Markdown Optimization, geo-prods that previously existed in active plans and are deleted will erroneously be added to the target plan when you choose to leave the geo-prods in their existing completed plans.
The problem can be reproduced by following the steps below:
These steps result in the geo-prod being present in two plans; the existing completed plan and the newly created plan. This condition is not allowed in this release of SAS Markdown Optimization.
To circumvent this problem, you can delete the duplicate members.
