Problem Note 38039: A Read-access violation occurs with the MILP solver when you use the OPTMODEL procedure

The following Read-access violation occurs if an infeasible solution is passed to the MILP solver using the PRIMALIN option in the OPTMODEL procedure:
ERROR: Read Access Violation In Task [ OPTMODEL ] Exception occurred at (08E5E310) Task Traceback
There is no workaround to this issue.
