When applying this hot fix to a Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong SAR) system you will see the following message during the installation

Missing resource Common.LangCodeZH-HK.txt

This will not impact the installation of the hot fix. You should continue with the installation, and all files will be successfully applied. This is a known problem and will be corrected in a future version of the Maintenance Install Tool used for installing hot fixes.
