Problem Note 38508: A null-pointer exception might occur after a session time-out in the SAS® Stored Processes Web application
When you add a Logon button that enables users to log on from a logoff window or from timed-out pages of a SAS Web application, the following error is displayed:
An Error has occurred in the system, and the administrator of the
application has been notified.
The information you have just viewed remains in your Web browser's
memory until you close the browser. For added security, please close
your browser before you continue to work.
The error is generated when a session time-out occurs from within the SAS Stored Processes Web application.
Per the error message, the following alert-notification e-mail is sent to the application administrator:
An exception has been detected in the Logon Manager 9.2 application.
This report also provides a snapshot of the state of the system at the
time that the exception occurred.
