Usage Note 35088: The error "NO JAVA EXECUTABLE COULD BE FOUND IN ANY CONFIGURED LOCATION" occurs when you are using the SAS® Migration Utility

The SAS Migration Utility must be run on every machine that is running SAS® 9.1.3 SP4 Intelligence Platform, and it requires that the same Java Runtime Environment (JRE) be installed. If a valid version of the JRE is not found, the following error is generated:

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
NO JAVA EXECUTABLE COULD BE FOUND IN ANY CONFIGURED LOCATION
The appropriate version of the JRE is documented in Third Party Software for SAS® 9.1.3 Foundation with Service Pack 4.
The same error message occurs with SAS® 9.2 and SAS® 9.3.
The appropriate version of the JRE for SAS 9.2 is documented in SAS® 9.2 (TS2M3) Support for Java Runtime Environments.
Note: For SAS 9.2 in the Windows 7 environment, the regular installation requires that the 1.6.0_14 JRE be installed. However, the SAS Migration Utility needs JRE version 1.5.0_12 to run. This can be downloaded from the above link as well.
