When you include additionl nonmissing data in your project and reforecast, for series that originally used the MINOBS= option to generate a mean model, subsequent TASK=FIT/FORECAST/UPDATE steps will results in all missing or ‘F’ forecasts.
Model selection does not persist if the Random Walk, mean, or zero models are fit originally.
If a dependent series forecast model was originially selected based on the MINOBS= option and generated a mean model, subsequent TASK=FIT/FORECAST/UPDATE steps run to reforecast the series will results in all missing or ‘F’ forecast values. The mean model will not persist in this situation.
At this time there is no circumvention.
