Problem Note 32095: Creating indexes in parallel may produce misleading error messages

If the SPDSIASY= macro variable or the ASYNCINDEX= data set option is set to YES, and multiple indexes are created in the same step with at least one specifying the UNIQUE option, and the index creation step fails due to non-unique key values in the data set, then the following messages are incorrectly written for the index(es) that do not have the UNIQUE option:
NOTE: Simple index index_name has been defined. ERROR: Unable to create index index_name. Duplicate keys appear in unique-type index.
Despite the ERROR message, the automatic macro variable &SYSERR is set to 0 following the step.
This problem is corrected in SPD Server Release 4.4 TSM5.
