Problem Note 31792: The Agent Capacity table is not correct when using a granularity of weeks or months to create input data
When you use a time period (granularity) of weeks or months to create SAS® Marketing Automation
or SAS® Marketing Optimization input data,
the resulting agent table is not correct.
The capacity should be
aggregated for the entire week or month, but instead it is using the
capacity for the last day in the week or month.
In the Agent Capacity Table, there is a total_capacity column
and this is incorrect. The optimization uses the capacity column.
A workaround is to create separate agent tables for each granularity. For
example, you could have a "normal" agent table by day, which you would use if
the selected granularity is day.
