SQL that is generated by SAS® Marketing Automation is not passed to the Teradata database (and, possiby, to other databases) entirely, leading to performance issues. As a result, the following error message might be issued when you use SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Teradata with SAS Marketing Automation.
This is an issue that occurs when translating the query to SQL that is specific to Teradata.
To resolve this issue, apply the hot fix. This fix is intended for databases that support the new style of join syntax. No solution exists for databases that do not support the new syntax style (for example, Oracle Version 8).
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
