Problem Note 20444: Error in PROC TABULATE NLS versions after applying hot fix E9BB28

In the NLS versions of SAS^®, PROC TABULATE may generate the following error message after hot fix E9BB28 has been applied:

ERROR: The type of name (ALL) is unknown.

The ALL keyword is not being translated correctly.
