Problem Note 19366: Records might disappear from the user interface after you upgrade to SASĀ®
Anti-Money Laundering 2.1 and purge the FSC_TRANSACTION_DIM table
Records might disappear from the user interface after you
upgrade and purge the FSC_TRANSACTION_DIM table.
All information stored in FSC_TRANSACTION_DIM is replicated to the
FSK_TRANSLATION_ALERT table for alerts that occur at the transaction
level. You do not need to join to FSC_TRANSACTION_DIM when you are
retrieving information for this type of alert.
This is not the case, however, for other alerts. Transactions that are
replicated for cash-flow alerts, account-event alerts, and other kinds
of alerts do not have all of this information replicated to the
Knowledge Center. For example, the FSK_CASH_FLOW_ALERT table does not
contain a TRANSACTION_NUMBER column. To obtain this column, you must
join to the FSC_TRANSACTION_DIM table. In doing so, you must be careful
when you purge old data from FSC_TRANSACTION_DIM to ensure that no DIM
records are removed if replicated transactions exist for them in the
following tables:
- FSK_CASH_FLOW_ALERT
- FSK_ACCOUNT_EVENT_ALERT
- FSK_ACCOUNT_TRADE_ALERT
- FSK_CASH_FLOW_BANK_ALERT
