Problem Note 16793: Integer divide by zero or floating point exception with large input data set

DetailsAboutRate It
There is a limit of 524,288 observations for the data set that is input
into PROC VARIOGRAM. If you exceed this limit, SAS will issue the
following:

   ERROR: Integer divide by zero.
ERROR: Termination due to Floating Point Exception

To circumvent the errors, use a random sample of observations that will
be representative of the data and that will not exceed the limit of
524,288 observations.
