When using the MDX COUNT function with the EXLUDEEMPTY parameter, the function is not counting missing values, even though they are specified to be included in the set.
For example, the following MDX query should return a value of 1 instead of 0:
Using the COUNT function with the EXCLUDEEMPTY parameter should return the same value as the DISTINCTCOUNT function, but it is not.
