Problem Note 15310: BACK= option may be reset to zero when doing BY-group processing
If the value of the BACK= option is greater than the number of
observations in a particular BY group, then the BACK= option is reset to
zero for that BY group and all subsequent BY groups. The BACK= option
should not be reset for the subsequent BY groups. It should only be set
to zero for the BY groups that have fewer observations than the BACK=
specification.
