Usage Note 14223: "Error: An installation support file could not be installed. Access
denied" message appears during SAS 9 install
During the SAS 9 install, you might receive the following error:
Error: An Installation Support file XXX could not be installed.
Access denied.
NOTE: XXX above is the complete path to a file.
InstallShield cannot access the reported file.
In one instance, rebooting the machine fixed the problem.
