Problem Note 13896: System abend S0C4 in SASVXBSM occurs when reading empty system LOGREC file

Reading an empty LOGREC file in SAS 9 will result in a system abend S0C4 in SASVXBSM. A circumvention is to not process empty system LOGREC file.
