Usage Note 13256: Excel cannot process date values greater than 31DEC2099
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) the user may
experience a problem exporting data into Excel. Specifically some of the
future dates are producing errors and terminating the export after 100
error occurrences.
When the resulting spreadsheet is created, the date column will be blank
and the spreadsheet will only have, at most, 100 records regardless of
how many records are in the HCM table. The error is occurring because
Excel cannot process dates greater than 31dec2099.
This correction will take effect upon the site editing the presubmit=
attribute of the WHLOC tag in the warehouse definition xml file, and
placing the following SAS statement:
%let AlwaysUseExport=1;
This concern is corrected for all of HCM's available export options with
the exception of Microsoft Excel 5.
