Problem Note 13461: Windows Security Alert messages if requesting SID from the internet
during installation of SAS 9.1 or 9.1.2
When you install SAS Foundation 9.1 or 9.1.2 on a Windows XP where
Service Pack 2 has been applied, the following security alert might
appear if you request to receive your SAS Installation Data (SID)
from the Internet during the install:

To help protect your computer, Windows Firewall has blocked some
features of this program.

There are 3 buttons:
Keep Blocking Unblock Ask Me Later
To ensure that SAS can get open the port to receive the SID,
select Unblock. Note that this security alert might appear hidden
behind the installation window.
This is no longer an issue in SAS 9.1.3 as the ability to retrieve the
SID from the Internet during the install was removed.
