Usage Note 13221: Windows Security Alert when starting the SAS Management Console

When you start the SAS Management Console in a multimachine install, the
following error can occur:

   Windows Security Alert

   To help protect your computer, Windows Firewall has blocked some
   features of this program.

   Do you want to keep blocking this program ?

   Name:  Java
   Publisher: Uknown

There are 3 buttons:

   Keep Blocking    Unblock    Ask Me Later

To ensure that SAS can get the ports that it needs, you select Unblock.
