Problem Note 11239: Final WHERE clause not included in the SQL to be proccessed by the
database when using the LIBNAME ACCESS engine
When using the LIBNAME ACCESS engine, part of the WHERE clause may not
be passed to the DBMS for processing when associated with a subselect.
This may cause the process to fail if the database runs out of TEMP
space because the result set is larger than expected. It may also cause
more rows than expected to be returned to SAS.
A Technical Support hot fix for Release 8.2 (TS2M0) for this
issue is available at:
