Usage Note 9524: Threshold flags only appear for aggregate in the top level scorecard
In SAS Strategic Performance Management (SPM), you may not see
threshhold flags display in child scorecards when you aggregate at the
parent level. If your SPM environment is multiple levels deep with
parent/child relationships and a column of a grandchild scorecard is
below threshold, a flag displays. When you aggregate from the parent,
the column in the child scorecard does not display the threshold flag
that the grandchild scorecard is displaying.
