Problem Note 71114: SAS® Workload Orchestrator client applications fail with varying errors when using a SAS license file that expires in 2028 or later on Windows

When using a SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) or later license file that expires in 2028 or later on Windows, SAS Workload Orchestrator client applications will most likely fail.
The SAS® Grid Manager Client Utility (SASGSUB) produces the following error:
