Problem Note 71078: You are unable to create initial (Oracle) connections of pool

SAS® Visual Investigator includes an Oracle DataDirect driver for data processing. Oracle driver DR RU 19.24 has a defect that results in failed database connections. There is no workaround for this issue. See JDBC connections to Oracle fail after Oracle database update - Progress Community for more information.
