After you use the Update Host Name References task in a multi-tier Windows deployment, the SAS Cache Locator Service does not start. The configuration on the compute tier refers to the old host name.
In this scenario, no errors are detected in the Update Host Name task, and the Instructions.html file instructs you to manually start the Cache Locator using Windows Services.
