Problem Note 70371: Indexing fails with the error "no matching rules for key"

Indexing might fail and return the following error message in the Elasticsearch log:

no matching rules for key

This issue occurs because the sum of all rules in the indexing cache configuration is over 1,000. You cannot update this number.

This fix increases the sum of indexing rules to 10,000.
