The list of actions on the Alert History tab on the Alerts page might be displayed in English regardless of your browser and your tenant language localization. However, information in the object history for internal entities (for example, cases and reports) is displayed correctly according to the configured localization.

This issue occurs in SAS^® Anti-Money Laundering 8.3 Hot Fix 3 and in SAS^® Visual Investigator 10.8 Hot Fix 4.
