SAS releases SAS 9.4M8 on January 31, 2023.

This release is not compatible with SAS Customer Intelligence products. Therefore, organizations must remain on SAS^® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) in order to continue using these products in Standard Support.

The Future of the SAS Customer Intelligence products on SAS^® 9.4M9 (TS1M9)

SAS has released SAS Customer Intelligence products on SAS 9.4M9.

Applying SAS 9.4M9 is for existing customers only and enables them to continue using the SAS Customer Intelligence products running on 6.7 in Standard Support. (The version numbers will move to 6.7.) One important consideration is that there will be NO new features—only security updates in this release. This release will cover the following:

• SAS^® Campaign Management 6.7
• SAS^® Marketing Automation 6.7
• SAS^® Marketing Optimization 6.7
• SAS^® Real-Time Decision Manager 6.7

Important: There are some operating systems that are no longer supported in SAS 9.4M9. For more information, see Supported Operating System.
